Hospice care involves a team approach. Staff includes nurses, home health aides, physicians, therapists, social workers, clergy and lay volunteers, all trained to work with the terminally ill and their famillies.   Eligibility Information:   Patient must have physician's referral and be homebound.   Fee Information:   Medicare and/or Medicaid.
