The Pine River Early Learning Center serves both CPP students and private pay students in a half-day preschool program that emphasizes parent involvement.   Eligibility Information:   *The child must be 4-years old and eligible for kindergarten the following year. *Eligibility based on a number of risk factors including: handicap, income, single-parent family, past preschool experience, etc. *Pine River Learning Center also accepts non   Fee Information:   No fee for CPP eligible students.
